Terms of service

  1. Seller. The store at wagwright.com is operated by LAHZAMI MOATAZ, entreprise individuelle, France ("Wagwright", "we").
  2. Eligibility and area. We sell to customers with a US shipping address.
  3. Our platform. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes browsing and purchase data, including through services that use activity across other Shopify merchants (see our Privacy Policy).
  4. Your content. When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to make, show you and deliver your order. Don't upload images of people or anything unlawful.
  5. Proofs. We email a proof before production. Please check the spelling, name, year and style. We use the artwork you approve for production. Minor variations in print colors and natural wood grain may occur; printing defects or material differences are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. We never print without your written approval of both items, and we never treat silence as approval. Proof reminders, shipping delays, and cancellation and refund if you neither approve the proof nor expressly agree to a shipping extension by day 21 after payment (or by any earlier deadline we must honor) work as described in our Shipping Policy. Agreeing to a shipping delay doesn't approve the artwork.
  6. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Free U.S. shipping is included with the Portrait Gift Set. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout as required. Payment is taken at checkout.
  7. Product images. Product photos on our site are mockups from our print partner. Colours and wood grain may vary slightly.
  8. Shipping, returns and privacy. See our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
  9. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by French law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
