2. Approve your proof
We create your portrait and email you a proof within 2 business days. Ask for changes for free. Nothing is printed until you approve the exact version you want.
3. Made to order
Our print partner makes your mug and your wooden ornament after your approval, usually in 2 to 5 business days. You also receive the HD digital portrait by email.
4. Free US shipping
